Center for Physical Chemistry of Biological Systems – BioScope

BioScope represents a laboratory consortium located at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade. BioScope has gathered a team of experts in the field of physical chemistry of biological processes, materials and living systems. BioScope research is oriented towards innovative applications of the classical physicochemical techniques, as well as the development of new experimental and theoretical procedures that can be applied to modern multidisciplinary scientific problems, particularly related to biosystems. In accordance with the National Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development, the Center, as one of its priorities, aims to educate young researchers through master and doctoral programs in the field of biophysical chemistry. The Center was established at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Physical Chemistry in 2015, by the Faculty Council.
